There have been lots of this same kind of challenge for different charities - Boots Across Scotland - for example, has also attempted this challenge. I don't know if any of them have ever succeeded in getting someone of the top of every Munro at the same time. _________________ Utterly smitten by a Captain

That's a large order that they are looking for. Possibly even dangerous as people may push on in bad weather just so they don't let the side down? _________________ Let me know if I say anything that offends you

Boots Across Scotland
FoF is correct about the Boots "compleat" bag on a day. I was an observer a few years ago to ensure that the attempt was done properly. I was also a participant on another occasion for Boots - I failed to get to my allotted Munro due to a fresh fall of a few feet of snow - in June. |
