How good an armchair geocacher are you?

Using your knowledge, judgement and Googling ability, find out what's wrong with this new one: Tenors, Brigadiers, and Saints which was approved today.

It's a holiday cache Mad , but that isn't the problem.

First to post the correct answer wins an autographed photo of Bill Hemphill. The competition runs until the cache placer realises his mistake, after a few DNFs...

The tenor can't have two birthdays?

There's no punctuation?

The cache owner only has one find?

Or, the coords are nowhere near the River Shannon?

I think he means 'do'. But deciphering the thing is just annoying.

The second date is his date of death, afaik.

It's a geocaching web page - illiteracy is taken as read.

It's OK - he was on holiday.

Is correct. Nor are they anywhere near the birthplace of the famous tenor. So... we can only do this cache if we can figure out who the oul' Westmeath warbler was...

...and where he was born. Fortunately this isn't too difficult, and I dare say the Bridge Bandits will be out there at the weekend. (It's only 70 miles.) Smile
