I am bidding on a eTrex Legend GPS + MapSource TOPO Great Britain.

What would be your top price?

This is what he says

This auction is for a complete Garmin GPS package including all of:-

. Garmin eTrex Legend, GPS handheld system in original box (£179.99)

. MapSource TOPO Great Britain, Maps (GB) on DVD (£150)

. Neoprene case, genuine Garmin (£14.95)

. USB Serial (DB9) interface converter cable (£19.99)

Items are used but in excellent condition, giving the opportunity to get a fantastic bargain. Combine this GPS unit with TOPO GB for planning and storing driving routes and walking tracks, plus download detail maps to this unit for roads and topo map features (contours, trig points, etc).

I have put a bid of £100 at the moment, might go higher

What do you think?

We have just brought a Garmin Etrex Legend, with interface cable for connection to a PC, preloaded with EU and UK mapsourse data for only a £100 with postage, off metamonkey and he is still selling them. (Unit not colour screen)

Unit came with detailed mapsource of my area already preloaded (street level) and main roads for the rest of Britian.

Don't think map source is that good, memory map on PDA is better
