|
|
Due a sixfold increase in the number of injuries sustained during geocaching activities, the Health & Safety Executive now require all our members to complete the form below. All parts must be completed. In the event of death, please get someone to fill in the form on your behalf.
The GeoX forum does not admit any form of liability, either expressed or implicit, by receiving completed forms.
Please cache safely, where possible. |

And what about the barbed wire incident on the way to the 1st SGDO, and the falling down the stairs afterwards (which I understand was entirely me fault!) _________________ Utterly smitten by a Captain

Yessss.... I wasn't going to mention that as it was entirely my own fault (although I tried to palm the blame off on you ). Taking 'short cuts' over barbed wire fences is best avoided |

Just reminded me of another geocaching-related injury:
Date of accident... 24.04.2005
Nature of accident... cut finger on barbed wire fenc (one of 10 that it was necessary to climb over to get to this cache
Outcome... Blood poisoning and a trip to A&E the next morning with a very painful finger: massive dose of antibiotics prescribed
Part(s) of body injured... could have lost nerve function in my finger, happily no damage done
Cache found/Not found/Abandoned... GCMA8P - Found after a 'phone a friend' call to Ullium _________________ Utterly smitten by a Captain
