Here's a fool proof guide to paperless caching.....
(Specially for Spioradsaor )

Get PQ's sent on a regular basis from GC.
These can be sent to a special gmail account reserved especially for PQ's. Import these into GSAK via the command under File (Get email...)
Filter as required in GSAK.

Export .gpx/loc files from GSAK into GPXSonar on the PDA. For those without PocketPC, CacheMate users can do something very similar

Export GPS waypoints from GSAK into GPSr (keep cache names rather than GC tags (using the special %name feature))

Export cache locations from GSAK as a .csv file ready to go into Memory-Map.

Import .csv into MM then export back out as .mmo file to put into MM in PDA.

If needed, use SpoilerSync to get pics of those hard to find locations and put them on the PDA as well!!
