|
|
Mrs yob and I haven't been out geocaching much lately (we've just "gone out for walks" - I know, how weird is that?). Since it's almost time for our annual Long Walk, and despite us promising "never again" after last year's Cape Wrath trek, we thought we might attempt the Antrim Coast.
Basically, we're looking to walk about 100 miles during the course of a week, through beautiful and varied countryside, searching out interesting geocaches and stopping at B&Bs, or Hotels every night so that we only need to carry smallish backpacks
If anyone has any suggestions, experiences or tips we would be very grateful.
Thanks! |

From Larne or Belfast (the 2 main ports ) the Causeway Costal Route is well signed . Thats roughly the A2 from Larne to Limavady. There are plenty of caches along the way (and more coming soon )Lots of guesthouses along the way - early booking at certain times would be advisable as this area gets very busy from early June to late September.
Happy to help drop me a pm if you need any specific help. |
