A question for the techies.
I bought a new desktop. I installed the microsoft activesync software to synchronise my PDA, which previously worked fine with my laptop. The PDA connects OK with the desktop, but the activesync programme gets stuck 'looking for changes', and eventually I get an error message.
Any ideas anyone? _________________ Utterly smitten by a Captain

Mine done that a few times,I went to the dell forum and found a weird answer,
which was to reset the pda with the button on the back 3 times in succession
but i did it and its working fine now |

Thanks for the tip. Tried (twice in fact) but still no joy. The programme works its way through resolving all of the file types, and takes ages to do so, then collapses at the very end. Most frustrating! _________________ Utterly smitten by a Captain
