I dunno, just do them...
"Which sort do you do?" Er... TC, PP and AB caches. I've heard of FoF caches but they're hard.

I didn't know I was feeling shunned and left out till I read this thread! And then found that I didn't have it either.  
then I discovered that I did have it but the spam filter had wheeched it away from my in-box. 
Haven't looked at it yet. Was the filter right to spare me?!
