Just to let you all know that although the Flower of Scotland coin has only been on sale for a week we have now sold out of both the regular and limited edition coins and many thanks to everyone who bought one.
At present we don't intend to re-mint the regular coin but a small number may be available from the Mega Scotland stand at Event at Weston-super-Mare on Sunday 9th August |

When Englishpete took over the chairman role, in March, it was agreed this would not be permanent appointment and he would stand down around the time of the WSM event
Pete has now stepped back from the position and Carol from Team Incredible is taking over responsibility for the Chairman role. |

There is an article today in the Perthshire advertiser, regarding the Mega event and the travel bug releases, which has been organised in conjunction with the Big Tree Country. We haven’t been able to find a link to the article, as yet, when we have one we will add it here.
Big Tree Country were also interviewed this morning for STV, so maybe some further publicity later today.
With exactly one year to go before Mega Scotland, watch this space for further details ...... |

Just a reminder that the event is this Saturday and It would be great help to if you could log your attendance as soon as possible, this is to ensure that there is sufficient scones available and to ensure that each caching team receives their launch party ‘goodie bag’. Included in the ‘goodie bag’ will be a free quiz sheet, a questionnaire, Mega Scotland goodies, Perth800 goodies and a variety of leaflets.
There will be a free prize draw for everyone who submits a completed questionnaire, prizes include Champagne and geocoins. The free quiz will also have prizes, including wine and sweets.
We look forward to seeing you all at Dewars |

Just to let everyone know, the cache page has now been archived and the website changed to display just minimal information. In addition to this we have included a link to the Statement of accounts that we previously said we would publish.
See the Mega Scotland website for the details. |
