I noticed that I am not receiving any found notifications for my caches. Anyone know why?

Is this just a new thing? Have you checked that your email address is typed in correctly for your account?

GC.com does do this sometimes, for example I never received any of FoF's or JA's logs for my Heriot Watt caches, yet they did visit, I was with them for a couple and they did log them, but no emails for me.

I know that there have been some changes with the website, but I've not changed any of my settings. The logs show they are still being found. Confused

I am still receiving notifications as I would expect. Nothing in this respect was affected by the recent website changes.
Perhaps double check the mailbox, is it full / working correctly and so on and you haven't inadvertently altered your email on gc.com?

Who is your email provider. I sacked AOL a few years ago because they refused to deliver Groundspeak emails. They had blocked all of Groundspeak emails from going to every member that had an AOL account.
One or two other email companies have done the same. So it may be worth checking that?

To my knowledge Gmail do not and will not block Groundspeak emails. They have done it once and apologised and said it would not happen again.

This happened to me just after the Mega and I knew from chatting to cachers that they'd found caches of mine, so should have had the logs.

I have a Hotmail account and I think what I did was went into the settings to add any @geocaching.com suffix onto the approved list. That did the trick.

If you're not with Hotmail, I'm not sure what the solution is, but you could try similar...?

Good luck.

Ah yes, hotmail have been guilty of treating Groundspeak emails as spam.

I use GMail and Sky and mails get through okay. Never had an issue.

Cheers
