Firth of Forth bagged her 3000th in style today whilst on top of Cruach Ardrain, her second Munro today. Apparently it's not for couch potatoes!
Well done sally what a great place to bag it on. _________________ Let me know if I say anything that offends you

Fantastic achievement and what a great place to record the milestone I remember being on Cruach Ardrain in a blizzard a good few years ago and, yes, no place for couch potatoes. _________________ One day's exposure to mountains is better than a bookful of descriptions. (John Muir) |

Wow! What a perfect cache for such a great achievement!
Here's hoping that the bubbly will taste especially good on Saturday. You've certainly earned it! _________________ Remember: no matter where you go, there you are. |

Many congratulations! Nice to see you followed my track to the end of the road and then some. Especially impressed that Jack attempted this in that kind of condition - very brave!
Here's to the next 3,000 |

Thanks everyone. It was a very epic day out.
And I am pleased to report that the bottle of champagne was wonderful, accompanied by smoked salmon on soda bread with a twist of lime and pepper, followed by roast beef, yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and gravy and veg with a bottle of red. Still to sample the raspberries, with shortbread and creme fraiche. Might not be able to type much for long!
