Firth of Forth bagged her 3000th in style today whilst on top of Cruach Ardrain, her second Munro today. Apparently it's not for couch potatoes!

Fantastic achievement and what a great place to record the milestone Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy I remember being on Cruach Ardrain in a blizzard a good few years ago and, yes, no place for couch potatoes.

Thanks everyone. It was a very epic day out.

And I am pleased to report that the bottle of champagne was wonderful, accompanied by smoked salmon on soda bread with a twist of lime and pepper, followed by roast beef, yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and gravy and veg with a bottle of red. Still to sample the raspberries, with shortbread and creme fraiche. Might not be able to type much for long!

(I have to say that it is only today - 3 days after the event - that my quads have stopped hurting from the tortuous descent.)
