Once I upload it, it will be found by going to www.smc.org.uk, then publications, then downloads, then GPS Contour files. Sorry!

Hi,

Any clue as to just how often the ephemeris should be downloaded? It's obviously a pretty small file, and no problem downloading, but for efficiency it would be useful to know.
